                Today the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant. No documentary evidence on behalf of the complainant is present. From perusal case file, it reveals that since 18.07.2022, the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant but the complainant has not tendered any documents in his evidence after availing eight opportunities including six last opportunities, subject to payment of Rs. 300/- as cost. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 12.30 PM. Now the case be again called after lunch.

                Case called again after lunch. But none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 3.30 PM. No further wait seems to be justified. It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the present complaint further. Hence, present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint if so desired. Copy of the order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
