Present:     None for the petitioner.

                  Sh.Hitesh Naresh, Adv. as proxy for Sh.Rajiv Gupta, Adv. for  respondents.

                              

                    This execution petition has been called several times since morning but the decree holder failed to appear before this Forum either in person or through any Advocate.  Further wait is unjustified. Hence, this execution petition is dismissed on account of default in appearance of decree holder. Record of this execution be consigned to the records.  However, decree holder shall be at liberty to file fresh execution petition subject to period of limitation.
