The complaint was filed by the complainant under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019 alleging deficiency in service in collecting EMIs along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant due to the deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the part of the opposite parties along with cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
Memo filed by the complainant that the matter was settled out of court and the same was recorded. In view of the memo this complaint is dismissed as the complaint was settled out of court. No cost.
This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 26th December 2022.
