Ld advocate Mr  Deepjyoti Chakraborty   appears  for the  complainant . M/S R.L.Agencies , Athgaon  ,Guwahati  and ld  advocate  Mr  Indrajit Borooah   for  opp. party.  The  opp. party   had deposited  a cheque  of Rs.62,500/-(Rupees sixty  two  thousand  five  hundred) Cheque No- 565326 dtd. 27/06/16  as  final  payment  of the  claim  of  the  complainant   as  per   compromise  both side  arrived  outside   the  forum.   One Sri  Deepak Jagati, as  authorised  agent  is   present  in the  forum   to   collect  the cheque . Seen the  authority    letter . Accordingly,  the cheque  is handed  over  to Sri Deepak Jagati  to be  delivered  to the   complainant . Accordingly,  the  complaint  stands  disposed  of on  compromise .
