Heard Mr. F. Faridi, learned counsel, appearing for the opposite party. None has appeared for the complainant.

      Perused the report submitted by the Advocate Commissioner. As per report, the complainant and her witnesses failed to appear before the Advocate Commissioner for further cross-examination.

      On perusal of the case record, it would reveal that the complainant remained absent without any steps on several consecutive dates. In view of the same, we are of the opinion that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

      Therefore, the complaint filed by the complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution.
