Amolak Singh Versus M/s.ICICI Lombard & ors

Present :- Sh.Gurvinder Arora, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant.

Sh.Raman Kumar Sharma, Advocate Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 & 2.

During the course of arguments, Learned Counsel for the Opposite Parties submitted that the Opposite Party has not yet decided the claim case of the complainant rather the Opposite Party has demanded certain documents/information from the complainant as per letter Ex.O-1 and Ex.O-2. Learned Counsel for the Opposite party further submitted that Opposite Parties shall be given time to decide the claim case of the complainant, subject to submission of documents to be furnished by the complainant. Learned Counsel for the Complainant submitted that they have already furnished the documents to the Opposite Parties as required and whatever the documents demanded by the opposite parties from the complainant vide letter Ex.O-1 & Ex.O-2. So with the consent of Counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is disposed of with the directions to the complainant that if the complainant wants to submit any other document to the opposite party that shall be submitted to the Opposite Party No.2 within seven days from today and the Opposite Parties are directed to decide the claim case of the complainant within one month after that seven days time given to the complainant. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
