ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 28.02.2024, Sh.Ikjot Singh, Complainant/DH in person has stated that in addition to the amount of Rs.19,29,808/- already received, he has received draft of Rs.58,700/-, bearing draft No.166888, dated 22.02.2024 drawn on ICICI Bank in his favour from JD through their counsel Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate, as remaining payment and he does not want to proceed with the present execution application further. In view of the statement made by the complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
