Joint Memo filed to the effect that the matter is settled for Rs.24,000/- (Rupees twenty four thousand only), and the said amount is paid through cheque bearing No.408131 dt:03.08.2019 drawn on ICICI Bank, in favour of the complainant Sri.C.Selvakumar.

            The Joint Memo is recorded, and in view of the said Memo, the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum. No costs.
