This case coming on 26.08.2014 for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri C.R. Vasantha Kumar, Advocate for the Complainant and M/s. Prasad and Sukumar Associates, Advocates for the Opposite Party and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:
