2       `17,494/- on 27.5.2005;`25,643/- on 20.6.2005;`21,791/- on 13.7.2005 and`7900/- on 20.8.2005 totalling`76,822/- were debited to the account of the appellant without informing the appellant,

10.    `17,494/- on 27.5.2005,`25,634/- on 20.6.2005,`21,791/- on 13.7.2005 and`7900/- on 20.8.2005 totalling to the amount of`76,822/- were debited to the account of the appellant company on the count of excess-deposit charges for the months of April, May, June and July 2005.  `76,822/- to its account an the aforementioned letters

12.      `76,822/- from 27.5.2005 for about four times till 20.8.2005 would amply show that the appellant company has the knowledge of

When one person has by his declaration, act or omission, intentionally caused or permitted another person to believe a thing to be true and to act upon such belief, neither he nor his representative shall be allowed, in any suit or proceeding between himself and such person or his representative, to deny the truth of that thing.

 

 

14.   `.80,776/- from its account by the respondent no.1 bank on various dates commencing from 25.5.2005 till 6.10.2005.
