                        The OP No.2 vide their Misc.Application No.54 of 2010 has deposited Rs.6098/- with this Forum in compliance of the order dated 8.4.2010 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission. The draft of Rs.6098/- be deposited in the bank account of the Forum. The complainant has been informed about depositing the amount and the order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission. The misc. application stands disposed of accordingly.

                        In view of the statement made by complainant, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant would be at liberty to file afresh execution application after the decision of FA No.119 of 2010 or as & when the stay order is vacated by the Hon’ble State Commission, if need be.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
