     The parties have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Roshan Kumar Thakur, Senior Service Engineer/Authorized Representative of OP has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Sumeet Kumar, Complainant in person, has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before the Lok Adalat and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
