File taken up today as on 04.01.2018, neither President nor Member was present. During the course of proceedings of this case, parties have compromised. Statement of Sh.K.C.Malhotra, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that the matter has been amicably settled by the Opposite Parties and has already given a Cheque bearing No.819216 dated 27.12.2017 for amount of Rs.14,920/- drawn on IDBI Bank payable at par in favour of the Complainant, so he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised, subject to encashment of the Cheque .

In view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
