            Proof Affidavit of the Complainant is not filed even posted today NFA., Complainant is called absent.   Counsel also not appeared no other representation passed it over at 12.45 P.M.  

Today it is posted for the filing of the proof affidavit on the side of the complainant as NFA., Even then the complainant is called absent and the counsel for the complainant is also not appeared.  No other representation.   At the outset, it is pertinent to note that it is pending for the proof affidavit of the complainant from 17.11.2014 i.e., more than a year and from the day in which the complainant is continuously absent and not come forward to file the proof  affidavit in order to prove his case.  It clearly shows the disinterest of the complaint that the progress of this case.  Therefore, there is no justification to prolong further without any progress.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.  No costs.
