National Lok Adalat

 

Put up in National Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel Smt. Shashi Yogeswhar for the appellants has appeared, whereas respondents has personally appeared.

A compromise has already been arrived at between the parties and the respondents have deposited the entire decretal amount in the Electricity Department.

In the above application, both the parties have averred that the appeal be withdrawn and the statutory amount be returned to the appellants.

The aforesaid application is kept on record.

As per the said consent letter (paper No. 39) of both the parties, the appeal has become infructuous, because the entire decretal amount has already been deposited in the Electricity Department.

The above compromise is explained and read over to the counsel for the appellants as well as respondents.

The compromise is hereby accepted and verified. 

The appeal is decided in terms of compromise. Hence, the compromise shall form part of the decree.

Statutory amount deposited by the appellants be released in the favour of the appellants.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the District Commission for perusal / necessary action and for keeping it in the record of the original case.
