Per Justice Shri S.B.Mhase, Hon’ble President:

          Heard both the  sides.

          Ld.Counsel for the complainant on instructions states that he may be allowed to withdraw the complaint since the claim is over valued.  He states that claim should be reduced so that District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum can consider the same.  Counsel for the opponent also raised objection in respect of over valuation.  Under these circumstances, Adv.Wavikar seeks leave to this Commission to withdraw this complaint with a liberty to approach District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.  Therefore, we pass the following order:-

                                                :-ORDER-:

1.                 Complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.

2.                 The time which has been spent in this Commission shall be taken into consideration by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum if there is any delay.

3.                 Parties are left to bear their own costs.

4.                 Dictated on dais in presence of parties.

5.                 Copies of this order herein be furnished to the parties as per rules.
