Settlement deed filed on record and it is stated that complaint be disposed of in terms of settlement. The matter is disposed of as settled in terms of settlement deed Exhibit CW1/A which bear a signature of power of attorney at point A on all pages and parties are bound by the settlement deed and all the terms and conditions mentioned in the settlement deed would from part of the order. Original documents of the complainant be returned to him on filing certified copies.
