                   Today the case is fixed for making compliance of order under execution. At this stage, the DH/Complainant, by making a separate statement, has stated that he has received a Cheque bearing No. 025955 dated 04.10.2023, amounting to Rs. 42,136/- drawn at Bank of America, from the JD/OP, and that now, nothing remains due against the JD/OP; hence, he withdraws the present execution application, being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement made by the DH/Complainant, the present execution application is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
