As per previous order, Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 suffered a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties and accordingly the Opposite Party No.1 will produce the document and in accordance with the document produced by the Opposite Party No.1, where categorically mentioned that product in dispute has been replaced and same is working OK in condition and this compliance report is also signed by the Complainant, Sh.Parashotam Lal. So for the time being this complaint is dismissed being compromised. However, neither complainant nor his Counsel is come present today and further, the complainant finds that the compromise is not effected between the parties, then he is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. Accordingly this complaint is dismissed being compromised is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
