ORDER:

                   Sh.Gaurav Chhabra Advocate for the Ops has made a statement which is re-produced below:

 “That the present AC shall be replaced                  within a  period of thirty days, without any cost.”

                     In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Ops, the Ops are directed to replace the  old AC with a new one without any cost within a period of thirty days from the date of this order, failing which the complainant shall be entitled to refund of the cost of the AC with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order  till its actual realization. The present complaint is disposed off accordingly.  The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
