1. M/s Hitachi Home and Life Solutions (India)  Ltd., 569 First Floor, Keshav Ram Complex, Burail, Sector-45C, Chandigarh through its Manager.

2. M/s Hitachi, through its Managing Director, Hitachi Complex, Karan Nagar, Kadi Distrit Mehsana-382727, Gujrat (India).

3. Kanwar Dip Singh prop/partner-Jannat, 139-Kunjpura Road, Karnal.

                     Complaint u/s 12  of the Consumer Protection Act.

                   Sh. Amar Sharma owner of Service Centre OP3 in person with

                   Shri Gaurav Chhabra Advocate.               

ORDER:

                   Complainant made statement that cooling coil of AC was changed by the opposite party, he has checked the AC, which is in perfect condition. He has withdrawn his complaint subject to the condition that AC be installed at his premises.          

                    On the other hand, Amar Sharma owner of service centre made a statement that AC of the complainant would be installed today at the premises of complainant and then would get the receiving of AC from the complainant.

                   In view of the statements of both the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
