The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties along with a prayer to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship and deficiency in service and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
No representation for complainant inspite of sufficient opportunities given. No steps was taken to issue notice to the opposite parties. Defects not rectified. Passed over and called twice. Hence, we are of the view that there is no purpose in keeping the complaint on file. Hence this complaint is dismissed for non prosecution. No cost.
