An application has been filed by the Complainant U/S 35 of the C.P. Act ,2019 alleging deficiency in service against the O.P as stated in the complaint petition.

 Amidst of admission hearing Ld. Advocate of the Complainant files one petition praying for withdrawal of the instant case as per the grounds mentioned therein and further prays for giving liberty to the complainant to file afresh.

 The prayer of the Complainant is allowed.

 The Complainant is permitted to withdraw the case with liberty to file afresh , if not otherwise barred.

A detailed order has been passed today vide order No 01 dated 18.08.2023 in connection with this case, which be treated as part of this order.

   The instant Consumer Complaint, being No C.C. -02/2023 is dismissed without being admitted..

Liberty is given to the Complainant to file afresh , if not otherwise barred.
