The case of the complainant in nut-shell is that collaboration agreement was entered into between complainant and OP but w.r.t. construction/furnishing of the house but after having constructing the same certain deficiency were left by OP  & which are not being repaid by OP. As per agreement, the amount as mentioned in the agreement Rs.2,22,50,000/- and therefore the court has no pecuniary jurisdiction, to which Counsel for complainant submits that he want to withdraw the present complaint with permission to file fresh, after removing technical defects. Heard. Allowed. Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh again, after removing technical defects, before the court of appropriate jurisdiction.

Original documents if any be returned to complainant on filing the photocopy.
