In the result, the complaint is partly allowed, directing the opposite parties 1 and 2 to pay Rs.48,068/- towards medical expenditure with interest thereon 9 percent p.a. from 09-08-2011, i.e. the date of complaint till the date of realization and Rs.1,000/- towards costs of this complaint to the complainant within one month from the date of order.
