Today the case is called out.

None has appeared on behalf of the complainant inspite of several calls.

As per the previous order dated 30.09.2022, one more opportunity was given to the complainant directing the complainant to take steps for issuance of notice on opposite party No. 1 by registered post within 10 days.

But neither the compliance was made within the stipulated time period, nor the complainant has appeared today for contesting the complaint.

Hence, in such circumstances, the complaint is dismissed in the absence of the complainant. No order as to costs.
