Versus M/s Healthway, Immigration Consultant Pvt. Ltd, SCO 49, Sector 42, Chandigarh. – Opposite Party Present: Sh.Narinder Pal Sharma, Adv. for complainant. Sh.Divanshu Jain, Adv. for OP. Dated, the 15th day of October 2010. ORDER 1. This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:- Statement of Sh.Divanshu Jain, Adv. for OP. The matter has been settled between the parties. Upon instructions, a cheque of Rs.20,000/- i.e. the entire amount received by the OP from the complainant, bearing cheque No.548782, dated 15.10.2010 drawn on ICICI Bank Ltd. Sector 35-C,Chandigarh, in the name of complainant, has been handed over to Sh.Narinder Pal Sharma, Advocate for Complainant, towards full and final settlement of the dispute. Statement of Sh.Narinder Pal Sharma, Advocate for complainant. I accept the above statement of Sh.Divanshu Jain, Advocate for OP. I have received above cheque of Rs.20,000/-. Hence I withdraw the present complaint as fully satisfied. 2. In view of the above statements, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
