         Complainant  has moved an application for withdrawal of the complaint as on 11/04/2023.  The same was allowed. Hence we pass the following order :-

                                      //ORDER//

1. Complaint stands withdrawn.
2. No order as to costs.
3. The Certified copy of this order be furnished to both the parties  free of cost.
4. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the Complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of order, the same may be destroyed.
