None for the parties to this complaint petition. In terms of the direction passed by this Commission, notice was issued by the Registry to the complainant and as recorded on 29-07-2022, neither A/D card nor unserved notice is received by the Registry. As directed by order dated 29-07-2022, track consignment report in respect of notice issued to the complainant by the Registry is submitted. As per the said track report, notice was duly delivered to the complainant under Baharihat S.O. on 26-07-2022.

                        As 30 days had already elapsed since 26-07-2022 and none has entered appearance on behalf of the complainant side, the matter stands dismissed for default.
