Ld. Counsel for opposite parties has suffered the statement that as per the instructions of opposite parties they are ready to refund the premium paid against policy No. 21863810 of Rs. 2,09,000/- in lump sum and full and final settlement of personal claim of complainant. The policy shall stand cancelled with no benefits what so ever. The amount will be paid within one month of the received of the order and otherwise opposite party will pay the interest @ 9% per annum after the expiry of one month till payment. On the other hand, the complainant who is present in person with his counsel has suffered the statement that in view of the statement of opposite parties, I withdraw the present complaint. In view of the statements of the parties the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
