Parties represented. Complainant paid Rs. 15,000/- to the 2nd opposite party towards full and final settlement of the amount. Memo filed to that effect. The opposite party 1 is directed to issue a loan termination letter to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of this order. Opposite party 2 is also directed to issue an NOC to the complainant within the above time frame. In view of the above, the proceedings in this complaint stands closed.
