ORDER

It is reported by the counsel for both the parties that a cheque for Rs.25,000/- is received by this Forum from the Hon’ble State Commission and that satisfies the claim of the D.Hr. and by ordering the payment of that amount to the D.Hr. EFS may be recorded. In view of the above submission, the execution petition is closed as fully satisfied. Office to issue an account payee cheque for Rs.25,000/- after the adjustment of the cheque received from the Hon’ble State Commission in this case on proper identification.
