None present for the appellant.

          None was present on 07.10.15, 14.12.15 and 04.02.16. 

         On previous four dates also, though the counsel for the appellant appeared, time was sought as the arguing counsel was not present.

Hence, enough opportunities were granted to the counsel for the appellant to submit their arguments for admission.

        This clearly indicates that the appellant is  not interested in persuing the case. 

           The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
