Sh. Mandeep Proprietor of respondent alongwith Sh. Kabir Dhall, Adv. for the respondent.

                   Sh. Mandeep, Proprietor of respondent is present in the court and he has undertaken to rectify/replace the defective lights in the premises of complainant as there is warranty of five years in the items supplied by the respondent.  Statement to this effect recorded separately that he shall rectify/replace the lights within a week. 

                   Nothing more remains to be adjudicated in the present complaint.  Hence, the complaint is accepted accordingly.  Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost.  File be consigned to record, after due compliance.
