The complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint being defective one and he be permitted to file afresh. His statement has been recorded separately.

              2. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. A certified copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of cost and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
