Today Statement of Sh.Manvinder Singh, Auth. Perosn, Village Dhadda, Distt. Jalandhar on behalf of Complainant, Gurudwara Nirmal Kutia recorded that the compromise has been effected between the parties, so I do not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by Sh.Manvinder Singh, Auth. Perosn on behalf of the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
