ORDER

     Partly heard. It is a bizzare application moved by OP No.2 to get the order executed on behalf of complainant. Complainant cannot be forced to get the order 07.03.2012 passed by this Forum executed. At this stage, counsel for applicant/OP No.2 does not press the present miscellaneous application and made an endorsement to that effect on the application itself. Hence, the present miscellaneous application is dismissed as not pressed. However, applicant/OP No.2 is left at liberty to raise such objections which are legally admissible as and when execution is prayed for by complainant.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the applicant/OP No.2 free of cost. The file be consigned.
