                 The learned counsel for complainant has made statement for withdrawal of the complaint with liberty to file afresh before the Arbitrator in view of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No.7687 of 2004 dated 1.9.2009 titled “General Manger, Telecom vs. M.Krishnan & Anr.”. Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the complainant to file afresh before the competent authority, as permitted by law.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
