COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present: None for the complainant.

                        Defence of Op No.1 already struck off.

                        OPs No.2 and 3 already ex-parte.

 

                       

                        Today the case is fixed for arguments. After perusal of the file, it has come to the notice that the complainant is not appearing for the last two dates i.e. 19.03.2015 and 27.03.2015. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 pm. But today again there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
