2. Samsung India Electronic Pvt. Ltd. B-1, Sector81, Phase II, Noida Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P. through its Managing Director/Authorized Signatory.

3. Samsung Service Centre, Asa Ram market, near Union Bank, Model Town, Karnal, through its proprietor/authorized signatory.

ORDER:        

                   Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint due to technical defect but request has been made for seeking permission to file afresh.

                   In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with the provision of law. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
