“ Though the complainant paid the amount for allotment of plots bearing Nos. 1367 & 1368 was not interested      

Op2 has agreed to allot plot No. 49 & 50 NatureCity   

It was further alleged that the “complainant not being satisfied with the transfer of plots from Visakapatnam to Nature City at Medchal again requested Op3 to transfer the same    

It was also pleaded ‘while the allotment of plots was in process the complainant issued a letter on 12.7.2004 to
