1.     For the reasons recorded in the order of even date passed by this Forum in complaint case No. 170 of 2017 titled as Sandeep Vs. M/s Hanumanta Land Promoters Pvt. Ltd. this complaint is also allowed. A copy of that order is placed on the record, which shall be deemed to be a part of this order.
2.     A certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
