Statements of Both the Complainants Smt.Shivani & Smt.Pooja Verma have already been recorded on 06.03.2024 that they have entered into compromise with the OP in Rs.3,30,000/- in lump amount, which is full and final and nothing remains due and they have no objection, if the OP sale out the Flat No.E-905, which is booked on the name of Shivani and Pooja Verma jointly. They have received two Demand Drafts bearing No.886187 dated 05.03.2024 of Rs.1,65,000/- and Demand Draft bearing No.886186 05.03.2024 of Rs.1,65,000/- their share drawn Union Bank, so they do not want to proceed with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.
In view of statement suffered by both the Complainant in person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
