Today the case is fixed for service of the opposite parties since the inception of the complaint, complainant did not pay any need for the service of opposite parties as the complainant has to file registered cover and etc. Complainant has availed already seven opportunities for the service of notice of the opposite parties by way of filing of registered/AD cover it appears that he is not interested to pursue his case.

            Case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 P.M. but none has come present on behalf of the complainant. No further wait is justified. Hence we have no other option except to dismiss the present complaint is default for non-prosecution. We order accordingly. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
