           Complaint Case No.298 of 2021.

Present:     None for the complainant.

                               

                  Today the case is fixed for appearance of complainant.  Notice was issued to the complainant but none has come forward.  Waited sufficiently. It is already 03:30 P.M. No further wait seems to be justified.  On the previous two dates also, none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant.  From perusal of order-sheet, it is clear that the present complaint was filed by the complainant on 03.12.2021 but the service of OPs could not be effected due to non-filing of RC and copy of complaint etc. despite availing seven opportunities by the complainant, which means that the complainant is not interested to proceed the present case further.  Thus, present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.  Copy of the order be sent to both the parties free of cost.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
