                        Case taken up at 3.30 P.M. but this time also none has appeared inspite of calls.  Perusal of case file reveals that the case is being adjourned for filing of amended title by the complainant since the correct address of Op No.2 has been tendered by Op No.1 at the direction of  Forum because complainant failed to tender the correct address inspite of availing several opportunities and today neither complainant nor his counsel has appeared wherefrom it is presumed that either  the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint or his grievance has been settled by the Ops and therefore, complainant has opted not to come present before the Forum.  Hence, finding no justification in adjourning the case further, the same is hereby dismissed in default for non-appearance of complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules. File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
