Today, Sh. Abhishek Shukla Senior Service Executive on behalf of opposite parties made the following statement:-

“Stated that the opposite party is ready to replace both the tyres in question with new tyres of same make, mark, size to the complainant on deposit of both old tyres and Rs. 1,200/- each totaling Rs. 2,400/- with the concerned dealer.”

On the statement of the opposite parties, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“I have heard the ibid statement of the opposite parties and accept the offer given by the opposite parties and the complainant will deposit the two old tyres mentioned in the complaint and Rs. 1,200/- for each tyre totaling Rs. 2,400/- with the concerned dealer and accordingly, I withdraw the present complaint.”

          In view of ibid statements of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties are directed to bound by their own statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
