     OP No.1 has not turned up despite of service which has also been confirmed through track consignment report. Power of attorney on behalf of OP No.2 has been filed.

     The case called out several times but neither the applicant/complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. On the last date of hearing also, complainant/DH did not appear. Accordingly, the present miscellaneous application is hereby dismissed in default of appearance.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
