ORDER

     An application has been filed on behalf of complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to revive the complaint if the complainant is not able to get his share of dues from National Company Law Tribunal-IRP. The application is supported with affidavit of complainant. In view of the request made in the application, the complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
