3.                         OPs No. 1 and 3 ex parte.

 

                        Ld. Counsel for OP No. 2 made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant in Pre National Lok Adalat. As per compromise OP No. 2 is ready to refund bill amount of Rs.27,499/- to the complainant and complainant shall return the mobile Phone Modal No. Sam A33 5G 8/128 Black alongwith all accessories to OP No. 2.

                   Complainant Sh. Sukhdev son of Sh. Puran Chand aged 34 years resident of Partap Gate Ambkeshwar, Colony Kaithal made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the OP No. 2 in Pre National Lok Adalat. As per above mentioned statement made by Ld. Counsel for OP No. 2, he withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

  In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 2 and complainant Sh. Sukhdev son of Sh. Puran Singh, the present complaint is hereby disposed off  being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
